an interesting problem for Edinburgh

A common theme and conundrum which likely applies to most states across historic Europe. There's so much more to a simple yes or no to these problems though and it would be interesting to obtain more information about it. I love the first line of this article...."It is the Athens of the North, a city so beautiful that the architectural critic Jonathan Meades once suggested it must have been designed by “enlightened angels"......... packing my bags as I type.
